    Heyo, Im having a problem with trynna buy a subscription im trynna get the game pass ultimate but this message wont allow it heres what it says, “The payment option on an existing subscription was declined, blocking this purchase”. Yeah i have no idea
    how to fix it and i’ve added a different credit card but it wont let me use it its just says close not change credit card like usual can someone please help me out Thank you Blocked Purchases :).

    For future reference this is an older thread and you should create your own for an issue. However, some items are age restricted and will prevent a person under the age of 18 from being able to download them.
