Blocked on the troubleshooting screen

Hello,

My Xbox, does not want to start, it constantly displays the screen troubleshooting / reset / update via a USB key. Despite all the problem solving techniques nothing changes. I

was then advised to call 0800 79 790, all that to say that the service

is closed now, but impossible to know the opening hours of the service. I try my luck here.

Screen blocked

When I try to enter in my account goes to a black screen with two bottons : "comments" in middle left e cancel in lower rigth. Someone knows how help me?

RECORE blocked on start screen

Hi !

I contact you today because when I start ReCore (on Windows 10), the game just stay on the start screen when it asks you to push "Enter" or A. I could push on it all day long without any response of the game...

Any advice ?

I haven't tried yet. I seem to have misplaced my flashdrive somewhere u(luckily I didn't have anything important on it)so i will go buy another one tomorrow.

I'll try tomorrow and check-in with you guys with the results
