    I recently got my free copy of Minecraft: Windows 10 edition, and went to purchase a texture pack, upon attempting to buy coins, it said purchases were blocked, and told me to go to the privacy settings on xbox.com, I went there and saw no option to enable
    purchases, it's almost as if there was a parent account to mine, but there never was.

    Great! Now my account got blocked after i tried to purchase DAOAwakening andit did charge my credit card !

    For future reference this is an older thread and you should create your own for an issue. However, some items are age restricted and will prevent a person under the age of 18 from being able to download them.
