BLOCKED FROM MULTIPLAYER!!!

So this is my sixth time trying to play a match in HALO MCC and it is telling me "Multiplayer is not allowed, The Multiplayer feature is blocked due to your Xbox live settings." and this is right after I just had to unplug the system because it would not
start up, it kept freezing at the black screen with the white xbone logo. Im getting very frustrated with this game and this console, its not even 2 months old. Is anyone else getting this error? Im ready to go trade this hunk of garbage in and get a ps4
if this keeps up.

okay so i just got off my previous ban because i had sent the usual **** talking messages to people. And a day later, for no reason what so ever, i get another one and now im banned from playing online. ****!?

Sounds like you've been banned or suspended for a separate offence.

You can log into the enforcement site to see any action on your account or to file for a case review

Titanfall is not working also. Looks like ill put the xbox off for another week. I really feel like I wasted over $500 on this console and all the games that I cannot play. Thanks MS.

Does someone pay you moderators to suggest these stupid mundane solutions or what? Now every thing seems ok from the dashboard but no apps or games that need live actually work when I try them. Ive tried unplugging and restarting twice today, this is getting
very absurd to deal with.
