blocked from communications / Hacked???

my son account was banned from communications for a week, stating that he signed into his account on another console, but he was with me at the time and has not been on another xbox. so somehow someone has used his account without his permission.

Please can you fix problem.

I were blocked from communication 2 months ago. It should be only for 2 weeks but I cant communicate till today. What happened. Nobody give me an answer last time I asked.

Hi there,

just to be sure, please check http://enforcement.xbox.com to double check there is indeed no enforcement action avtive.

If none is indeed active, please try the following steps

1. Remove your profile from the console (Keep in mind that you will need to know the account credentials later on to download the profile again)

2. perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

3. Power the console on again

4. Redownload your profile.

If the problem is still present after these steps, then it is best to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans forums so that the Enforcement team may explain the situation better.

If you believe your son's account may have been compromised, I also suggest you
contact us via phone or chat support to look into starting an Unauthorized Access case.

If you need assistance with any other support issues, please do not hesitate to post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed. This way our community can get you the individual support that works best on the

Just to add - If you receive messages from players threatening to "hack" your account simply block communications and file a complaint, they will then be dealt with by the Policy Enforcement Team.

Ok thanks! The only thing is that the person that told people to hack me was in my friends list. I filed a complaint for harassment and removed from friends. I will block communications right now.
