Blocked Films... but no Parental Control settings changed.

Hello,

I hope someone can help me on this. I got a Xbox 360 a few years ago and it used to work perfectly fine. But recently, after a few updates, we noticed some films can't be watched on Netflix, nor some of our DVDs can be played. Using the Netflix app on Xbox
360, we receive a message saying the movie is not available because of Parents Control issue, but the point is, there is NO parents control set to the account, neither on Netflix or Xbox. So i checked Netflix on PC and it's working perfectly.

The other problema is when we try to watch some of our DVD films, we receive a note saying that can't be watched because the area code. But we used to watch all the films before, but now we can't.

Please let me hear your comments and what should I do to get back the settings we used to have.

Desings and auction house blocked

I have designs and auction house blocked on my FH3 for PC. My account is a child account but I have changed all the settings according to Microsoft support. Here is my reference number for my chat with Microsoft support: 1368312285

The error message that I got is: Locked privilege, This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings

Forza Motorsport 3 - can't get to free gift cars after installing second disc

When trying to get to free gifts in Forza Motorsports 3 after loading the second disc...my xbox keeps showing the message "this feature is blocked by parental control settings". We have changed the parental settings and still get the same message.

Any ideas on what specifically we need to look at under settings to allow access to the "gift cars"?

Sorry to hear it. Did you head over to Settings to check and see if someone hasn't placed parental controls on the console, even as a joke?

If this is the case and you do not know the code you can give phone support a call and they can walk you through the reset procedures. This might not be a bad thing to to anyway if you're getting that message.

It is most likely Parental Control blocking it. If your parents control that you will have to ask them to change the “Purchase content” setting if you control it then you can change it yourself. Good luck!

yes there is, but if I disable all the parental controls and set them to ADULT then the problem goes away, so it cannot be her age blocking it, it is somehting in the parental control settings.

I did as you said, accessing my parent's Microsoft page. I saw settings, home, et cetera, and selected settings. I altered the account information, but I couldn't find the option to change the parental controls. My account was not blocked and all the payments
were in check.

Yes he is between 13-18 but it's the setting on the Xbox we cannot change. Twitch can't work because the setting to allow broadcast gameplay is stuck on block. Unless Twitch controls that setting how are they going to help? And what doesn't make sense
is that the setting is changed in the parent account but isn't changing on his account.
