    My Xbox live account is blocked, while my account says I have paid until august. Could you please unblock this fast?

    Hey again,

    it is because my Xbox Account is blocked, since my Credit Card was blocked due to misuse.

    So my Xbox Gold Membership could not be paid.

    I will now call Xbox Live Support to resolve issue since entering new credit Card number did not work.

    Micro-transactions

    Why have you added micro-transactions to your Xbox LIVE Games for Windows? I paid good money for some of my games and now I'm blocked from parts of them because it wants me to pay for what I've already paid for.

    Also Taptiles comes up with some foreign writing and malware warning when you share on Facebook.

    Not all pre-paid debit cards work on Xbox Live. Indeed, not all pre-paid cards allow online purchases. You may need to check with the card issuer to see if online purchases are blocked.

    I had same code...I just chatted with support they said:

    The only reason that your code is not redeeming to your account is because you are on an active paid subscription and there is a bit of a known issue with stacking paid subscriptions and pre-paid subscriptions together. 9:44 am

    Your current subscription expires on December 8, 2016, and once expired, you can then redeem your pre-paid code without any issues! :)
    This tends to happen mostly when you have a paid subscription and turn off auto-renew and then try and redeem the code. For some reason, with auto-renew off, it blocks codes in the system. Once your current subscription expires, you can
    redeem the code without any issues.

    Hope this is the truth
