Greetings , I was sent here for technical support for problem I have with my profile, I have blocked my achievements , I can not unlock new achievements. Please help me.

Na seção de conquistas estão bloqueados, mas no menu do jogo eles aparecem como completos. Estou perdendo pontuação...

Achievements blocked

Sorry but any achievements that were reset due to modding cannot be re-earned on that account. The only way to get them back is to earn them legitimately on a new account.

What do you mean you have blocked your achievements? We need a little more information.

If you have had an enforcement action on your account such as a Gamerscore Reset then any achievement you had prior to the reset would not be earnable on that account again.

Of course I explain everything , a few months ago my subscription gold was ended and stop playing for a long time . a vlvia to log into my Xbox 360 to buy a gold subscription back weeks ago and I realized that more than 60,000 G only had 400G and games that
are in 0G not be erased from the history. I can not unlock achievements of new games . Not how to solve please help .

Ok, first off I would recommend logging in to the link below to see if your achievements have been reset.

You would need to click on the orange hammer.

If there is nothing there and you still cannot unlock achievements on your account you may need to contact phone support for further assistance as the issue may lie with your account itself. You can click this link

support.xbox.com/contact-us to bring up a phone number for your region.

If you were suspended because of achievement-cheating, anything ill-gained that was reset back to 0 will not be re-attainable ever again.

If you were suspended for something else, you've earned game achievements legitimately while offline, and you're wondering why they aren't appearing on your profile, I'd suggest reading more below.

Basically, it can take up to 72 hours (3 days) for achievements to show up on your profile. You can try power cycling your console, and refreshing your profile on your Xbox (remove, re-download) to see if you can get your console to sync up everything you
done with your online profile. If it still doesn't show up, you may need to do those achievements again. It's best to stay connected online when unlocking achievements.

Same problem here, I have 13 acheivements which haven't unlocked, eg. I'm 1 uprade away from maxxing all 4 sites yet have not unlocked ANY of the appropriate achievements. (I have not recieved any on-screen notifications for these either, which means no
points). I do play offline a lot but this should not be an issue as a few have unlocked after signing in to xbox live afterwards. We've had the rewards tiers re-structured recently, now this. I think the game people should stop churning out DLC, and start
putting their efforts into making this game work properly. After all, we've already paid for the game.

Same problem here with Blizzard mountain achievement "And Long May They Reign".

Game says 26/26 events yet the achievement is stuck at 98%.
