    BLOCKED ACCOUNT


    My account has been blocked. I don’t even know why and support does not tell me. He was blocked on July 3. They told me that it will be unlocked on July 17th. But this never happened. I sent the account unlock form 8 times on July 5-6. But it feels like
    support just doesn't give a damn. I began to become more and more disappointed in xbox. Nobody tells me what to do. Nobody is answering. They just gave me a low lock ... I want to unlock my account! (P.S in the photo, I showed that it writes to me every time
    I log in to my account)

    Really don't want to be rude here but you are just as much in the wrong as the other person. What you did was against the ToU and CoC of the xbox live service. Not only could you end up losing your gamertag but you may very well end up having your console
    banned as well.

    No, but we're answering the original posters question. If they violate the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use that they agreed to when they created their account, the Xbox LIVE Enforcement team will likely ultimately discover this and take action.
