    Hi, i'm accessing with this other silver account because eDu MaDriZ has been blocked. They notify me (i suppose), but the XBOX ID is a very very very old email which i can't access for many years. I can't see the reason and i can't do nothing. Support said
    me to ask here the reason to whom it concerns.

    Also, i would like to know how to change me xbox ID to put my current email, in order to avoid future lost of notifications.

    I know that it is blocked, my email account for the live account is also blocked. Thats why i need to know how to unblock the live account because i cant reset the password because i dont have access to my email account.

    Old Live account connected to an unaccessible email

    Hi.

    A couple of years ago my emailaddress got blocked, I don't remember the reason atm, but that is actually irrelevant to the case. I tried to get a hold of MS, even left my phonenumber and another emailaddress I could access. However, no attention from MS.
    I gave up and created a new email. So far, not much harm done, but I was quite annoyed.

    Now however, when my Xbox didn't want to access My Live account, (connected to the emailaddress that is blocked) I was not able to login. And I couldn't reset the password, since I wasn't able to access my old (blocked) email. One issue though. Microsoft
    is still charging me every quarter for the Live account, which I now can't access. I might also add, that the blocked emailaccount is connected to my old phonenumbers, which I no longer has access to. So no way of getting a code texted.

    Does anyone have any suggestion on what to do?

    Kinda messed up, right? Blocked account, i have no access to the email to know the reason :)

    You will need to ask about an account suspension on the part of the forum behind the link

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx    .

    Though given your account has "Código de conducta" all over it, I suspect that may have played a part.

    I to assumed a ban but, just incase check out Xbox.com/forgot or, simply update the E-mail providers information.

    My Microsoft account is linked to someone else's live account.

    Ugh, I have this same issue. I know the guy who I am logged into as well. But he's kind of... Well... I broke off contact with him for a very good reason and the idea of him having access to my account is...not good. On top of that when I tried to log in
    today I found my email was blocked from Microsoft for spam sending emails or something. So I guess he has been using it.... Is there any way to detach my email from this horse guys Xbox?

    Okay, but I do not have access to the account email and I do not know the account email. I also cannot block the charge with my bank because I am in Japan and it is not a credit card, but debit card. Is there no Microsoft representative or a customer support line I can call. I literally have the payment details it shouldn't be hard to look up the account...
