Blocked account - How do i move my data?

I have now been stuck with this issue for about 3 years. I can't count how many times i've wanted to find a microsoft employee just til do... things to him that i shouldn't post here.

It started when i made my hotmail account, only made it for facebook, so i didn't really put any data in it, maybe even my name was wrong (stupid, i know). And then i used it for my Xbox live account.

One day they told me the account was hacked, and i should try to recover it. I tried, but since i haven't changed password, don't send mails from it, and haven't made any folders in it, they can't ([Mod Removed]) recover it for me!

So i tried and tried but nothing works. I have now for years had an xbox, where i can't have it connected to the internet, because then it wants me to sign in to the account, which i can't!!!

Is it possible to do anything? Move my achievements? Move it to another email/microsoft account? Anything at all i can do besides making a new account? I can move my saves i know, but the rest.

Microsoft has been a big joke in not just this, but all my support issues with them, so hopefully you can help.

The only thing I could suggest is to call phone support. If you can give them enough info to prove the account is yours, they should be able to help you get things sorted out. Phone is 800-4my-xbox for the US and Canada.

 

You will still need to contact phone support as no one on these forums can help you with this. Regardless - you still need prove to Support you are the true owner of the account. If you used a fake name on the Hotmail account and cannot remember the details
(especially the name) then that alone will prevent you access to the account. Unless you can provide without any doubt that you are the true owner then it sort of becomes a quickly frustrating situation. There are way too many compromised accounts out there
that they cannot relax their stance on this issue.

Again I know how frustrating it is - you still need to deal with phone support on this.

Sadly i don't know where to find the support number for Denmark (/Europe) and whenever i find something that might be usefull, it sends me to the forum or some formular, never to a person... !

I will keep searching.

I have to fill out the forms again and hope for the best...
