    Standards     as suspensions are not issued for no reason. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension/ban if you have done something to violate those rules.

    Absolutely this. The block and report buttons are there for your use as well. If you don't like someone, block them. If their behaviour breaks the terms of service, report them, simple as that. Remember as well, don't feed the trolls, no matter what someone
    does to you, even if they are breaking the ToS, it never gives you an excuse to break the ToS as well. There is no "stand your ground" law on Xbox Live. Just block, report if needed, and move along to your next game. Cheers!
