    Block Glitch


    A while back it showed up that my friend had blocked me on xbox, but a few weeks later I was unblocked. When I asked him about it he said he had never blocked me and he was really confused. Well I think it happened with a different friend. I didnt do anything to get blocked, we were on really good terms. What sucks is I have no other way of contacting them. Its doing everything it would do if I were blocked, only I'm sure they didnt block me. Last time it fixed itself afyer about 3 weeks so I may just have to wait it out, its just really frusterating

    a block glitch?

    Have you tried searching on Google or restarting your Xbox to see if that fixes the problem. Might also be a privacy setting that needs to be changed.

    We understand that you would like to communicate with your friend and is hindered by not hearing your friend while in game. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

    We would like to isolate the issue in order for us to better assist.

    1. May we ask if you are the only teammate or playmate that has issues hearing your friend?
    2. Have they tried using different headset?
    3. What is their headset make and model?
    4. In what platform are you both playing?
    5. Can your friend see your name under Friends tab?
    6. Can your friend use the same headset and record on PC or phone? Will they have issues hearing themselves?
    7. Is the headset or mic of your friend connected directly to Xbox Console or PC or it is on controller connected?

    It could be that one of you has online safety and privacy settings set by your parents that prevent you two from communicating. It sounds to me like you're blocked and they are just messing around. How do you know you aren't blocked ?
    he still messages me on xbox live, and i have privacy settings off
