    Blizzard


    I having problems trying to get the add on blizzard Mountain working. It shows it as installed, but when I drive to the blizzard mountains marked on my map, it just says install, so I try to install it, and it's says that I already purchased this add
    on. This is a repeating loop for me. Even when I go to the Xbox live store, it says installed. What am I doing wrong.

    am having an issue on blizzard mountain everytime i try to go to online adventure it will find a session and then it will take me back to byron bay, does anyone have the same problem or knows how to fix it?

    1. Is this issue happening with other game add-ons?

    2. Are you getting any error messages?

    3. Are you logged in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the said game add-on?

    To help resolve your game add-ons, you may refer to the following solutions:

    Method 1:
    Clear Persistent Storage

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings

    4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

    5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage

    6. Select Clear persistent storage.

    7. Restart your Xbox One console. Try to access the game add-on this time and check if it now works.

    Method 2: Clear MAC Address

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings.

    4. Select Network.

    5. Select Network settings.

    6. Select Advanced settings

    7. Select Alternate MAC address.
    8. Select Clear.

    9. Select Restart. Try to play the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    Method 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

    As Activision/Blizzard have the publishing rights to the Starcraft franchise, you will have to ask Blizzard if they are going to port these games to the Xbox console.

    Microsoft can only provide the sales platform for the games. Blizzard has to put the games there themselves.

    There are only some games you'll be able to take from your Xbox to PC, games like Overwatch are not one of them unfortunately.
