Blizzard Prevents Console contribution

Blizzard Entertainment does not consider console owners, neither PS4 nor XBL, to be a member of its community, and prevents those players from not only testing, but even from contributing to the general conversation in their official forums. They have neither
commented about this lack of support, nor indicated that it is of any concern to them.

If you wish to have a conversation with similar players about the game, this is the forum that you will have to do it on until Blizzard decides to stop ignoring these players.

Hi,

Let's answer the following questions to properly isolate your case:

1. Is this issue happening with other game add-ons?

2. Are you getting any error messages?

3. Are you logged in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the said game add-on?

To help resolve your game add-ons, you may refer to the following solutions:

Method 1: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings

4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage

6. Select Clear persistent storage.

7. Restart your Xbox One console. Try to access the game add-on this time and check if it now works.

Method 2: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Select Network.

5. Select Network settings.

6. Select Advanced settings

7. Select Alternate MAC address.
8. Select Clear.

9. Select Restart. Try to play the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Method 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

link and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your Xbox One console before re-adding your Microsoft account on the Xbox One. Then, try to play the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

As Activision/Blizzard have the publishing rights to the Starcraft franchise, you will have to ask Blizzard if they are going to port these games to the Xbox console.

Microsoft can only provide the sales platform for the games. Blizzard has to put the games there themselves.

Microsoft has hit back at Sony's objection to its planned acquisition of Activision Blizzard by revealing that third-party games like Bloodborne, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Final Fantasy 16, and Silent Hill 2 Remake are party to "exclusion" agreements that will prevent those games from coming to Xbox consoles.

blizzard is only responsible for the pc version. I don't think there will ever be any patches or hotfixes done by blizzard, they will have to be done by activision or Microsoft. blizzard has already washed there hands of the console version bc they r not
making money off of it like they do the pc version.m they see it as no market, no economy, no problems.
