    Hi

    I have tried twice to buy Blizzard Mountain for my son (Horizon Forza - Xbox one) but each time payment and push through have supposedly been successful it still never shows up!!!! Spent hours with Xbox support and no use. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Im one stressed mummy!

    Hello, to all Forza Horizon 3 players, o have a error with my Xbox for Forza Horizon 3s Blizzard Mountain expansion, it won’t let me get the Ford GYMKHANA 9 Focus RS RX and I need help trying to get it when it DOESN’T appear in the Autoshow
    and on the DLC lists. But if i pause my game and go to the DLC car list it shows up there. Can anyone help me?

    Hello @treaty pie

    Please go to commerce.microsoft.com and check if the transaction is there. If it's there then it is already completed and all you will need to do is go to your Xbox One console, go to My Apps & Games > Forza Horizon 3 > Manage Game (from the menu button)
    > Ready to Install > Install all

    If there is no transactions showing at commerce.microsoft.com then I advise that you try purchasing it from the online website instead. Here is a direct link to it if you are in the US. Buy Forza Horizon 3 Blizzard Mountain - Microsoft Store
