    Seriously the lack of AA KILLS THE GRAPHICS

    ^^ Yeah, that's 360 alright. Nice find, xFilter. That is definitely Xbox, notice the "reload gun reminder" on the bottom right of the screen blinking "X", and the menu screens between deaths.

    I think that when it is about to die the X symbol on the controller blinks once or twice but doesn't do it many times (that I've noticed anyway)

    I just made a thread about this too yesterday. I don't think it doing any maintenance I think it a bug in the Feb. update. Wish there was a fix. I tried everything, unplug it for 10 seconds, 30 seconds to over night still have the same problem. I turn off check for update before turn off even the games too. My next step is reset it tonight but I don't think it will fix it. Have you guys tried to blow your Xbox out from dust? How old is your guys Xbox?

    For now, you would lose it, yeah, but at least the console would shut down at a time you want it to shut down. Plus it's only for a short time until Microsoft fix the issue.

    Ive got the same issue however after about five or ten minutes the console does eventually shut off.

    Turning off the "low power" mode is a bit drastic for quite a minor problem, I mean you'll be losing the ability for games and the system itself to auto-update while the console is switched off, and also the "instant on" factor of the console being in low power mode.
