Blinking and disappearing!

No luck after doing this either. App blinks open, disappears.

Shimmering textures and shadows in games is how I can describe it. In some places, some texture starts blinking, or disappears at a certain camera angle

My bar isn't moving at all. And when I try to log myself in, in the App which is already open even though it didn't install, the login windows are just blinking a few times before it disappears. Microsoft Store the same thing, I can't log in.

Sometimes, but it only happens when I'm trying to kill someone that I saw run by and then 'disappear.' I hate it when they disappear!

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. So, to further the issues I'm having with all things Xbox, I decided, unwisely it seems, to delete my profile from the Xbox, then reinstall it, as some have posted this as a workaround in the past. Well the deletion
went swimmingly, why wouldn't it. But now when I try to "+Add New", all I get is a black, blinking box across my screen with a buffer wheel at it's center. It blinks a few times for a few seconds then disappears and leaves nothing... no way of downloading
a new, or old profile. WTF...
