Bless Unleashed service error

Why is my son's account unable to access Bless Unleashed? I removed all restrictions and tried all other suggestion's about restarting the Xbox and resetting it. My account on his console will play the game and his account on my console still will not
allow him to join. Contacted the makers of Bless they referred me to Microsoft.

Are you receiving any sort of error boxes that should come up when he tries to play the game you could take a picture of that would better help to explain the issue? The limited information is somewhat interfering a route to a solution.

For an hour they had it where no one could play the game due to Game maintenance. I was able to play it earlier.
