Bleeding Edge - Cannot Connect to Match

I am in the process of trying to play Bleeding Edge on the Xbox One X and about 60% of the time it will not allow me to connect to a match. The first time I downloaded and played the game, I was on a wireless connection and it worked great. Then, I'd try
playing the game and it loads into the loading screen, the music stops, and then the game kicks me to the main menu. Usually I receive a notice that says, "Signed Out from Online Services." The game goes through the loading process, connects to the online
services, and I'm back at the main menu. Once I try joining a game, I go through the entire process all over again.

When looking online, it appears that a wired connection is better than wireless. So I plug my console in wired and try to go through the process again. Gives me the same error. I'm then instructed to check my network settings ... wired connection, open
NAT, 50 Mbps connection ... nothing wrong when I try to connect to a different online server/game. Bleeding Edge and Ninja Theory's response to continued issues? Contact Microsoft.

So here I am ... what do I do? I'm tired of wanting to play a game only to load the game up and not be able to play. I've played something like 12 matches total as a result, even though I've spent about 4 or 5 hours on the game.
