    Blatant False Advertising


    Has anyone else noticed some pretty big inconsistencies on the Xbox Store lately? Things being advertised as being on sale(such as the use of titles and properties in promotional imagery), then NOT being on sale? How about sale prices quoted, such as "52%
    Off", "20% Off", etc.; then the actual sale price being completely off? I've even noticed pretty obvious spelling and grammar errors lately. Hello? Is nobody watching at Microsoft? I expect a little more than this. As a customer who's spent the level of money
    I have(I'm sure I'm not alone), I expect a little more than this. And yeah, "Customer Support".....needs improvement.

    I'd still like an official response to my question. Having 25% of my hard drive as inaccessible is blatant false advertising.

    This is a blatant false advertising mistake. Next thing you know they'll be telling us it's the regular edition all along and you get the console on day zero, but not the game. You know that's how they'll play this...

    Anybody got Battlescreen working on Win8.1 Smartglass?

    I talked on the phone with EA about the issue. Supposedly it is currently completely incompatible with the Operating System. I'm also trying to figure out if this fix is in the works or being ignored.

    What's bad is the advertisement for battlscreen on the smartglass app in game. When your press select there is blatant false advertisement in the bottom right corner for it.

    Well that's wildly deceptive. I purchased the game the day after it released. Why wasn't it listed as a pre-order incentive, instead of simply "limited time" without a expiration date? I'd like a refund, how might I go about that? That's blatant false advertisement.
