    Blast out of Moon Gate unable to finish


    Hello,

    Is anyone else unable to complete Blast out of Moon Gate? I've contacted Microsoft Customer Support several times and they have stopped responding to my requests for help.

    Anyone else who has had this problem please post here.

    Blast out of Moon gate.

    On the bing home page It Says, Finish what you started, Blast out of Moon Gate. 1000 points. When I click on it it says Look in Microsoft store. Well I have no clue. I cant find anything to be awarded these points. What am I suppose to do?

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this can be concerning since the Blast out of Mood Gate offer is only valid through 9/07/2018 - 11/05/2018. What is the exact issue you are having when trying to complete the task?

    I had trouble completing the task at first. I ended up contacting the
    Microsoft Rewards Support Team     through email and they were able to assist me. Once you fill out the form, they will send out an email saying it will take 24 hours for them to investigate it. Email them the next day for an update by replying to the email
    they sent out. This team is different from our Live Microsoft and Xbox Support Team.

    I've tried this. After having multiple problems and contacting support several times, now I have all 4 parts of the quest done but cannot click anywhere to claim the 1000 points and move on to the final quest. I've contacted support and they said "there
    is already an open ticket for this", which is untrue.

    Same problem here, also had this exact same issue on the previous promotion. Trouble ticket submitted. You really should NOT run a promotion if your technology and staff are incapable of supporting it.
