Blast out of Moon Gate Login Counter

I completed the Swing Through Wild Kingdom punch for the Points Crusader quest about 4 days ago. I've gotten 3 of the 4 challenges for Moon Gate completed. I've logged in every day since unlocking it but the counter is stuck on 1 of 15 days. I know there
can be a delay of up to 48 hours in tracking the progress. Has anyone else been having this problem and what, if anything is being done to fix it?

On the bing home page It Says, Finish what you started, Blast out of Moon Gate. 1000 points. When I click on it it says Look in Microsoft store. Well I have no clue. I cant find anything to be awarded these points. What am I suppose to do?

I'm having the exact same issue and was told that I had to have a Xbox Live Gold account for it to work. I don't recall reading that anywhere so needless to say I don't believe it. The guy I spoke with was either a liar or he didn't know what he was talking
about or a little of both. Not really a surprise that somebody like that works for Microsoft. UPDATE: As of this morning October 9th the counter moved, thus proving the dude I spoke with was just trying to rip me off.

 

I'm having the same issue, but I had Moon Gate working fine, and now I am kicked back to Wild Kingdom since the website refreshed since yesterday. I have had this happen twice, but last time I had an extra window open so I could still do Moon Gate quests.
Now both windows show Wild Kingdom. This is really annoying, and shouldn't be happening again. ****Update, did what was suggested and kept clicking on the offer link on my Xbox. After about the 5th try it finally worked and it is now reflecting the completion.***

 

What I had to do from the Awards App was click that mission and then follow through to where the Xbox launches the Edge browser. I then had to log in several times until my profile picture properly showed and it still took a day or two for it to start
counting. I have 5 days know but I know I should be more than half way there.

 

Support hasn't replied with anything more definite than "we're looking into it". Pretty sad state of affairs treat people this way.

 

I agree and it's really sorry for so called "support" to try to rip somebody off and say that the reason your not advancing is because you're not a Xbox Live Gold subscriber. Then this jerk says "I'll be happy to take care of that right now for you if
you like" as if I'm just gonna hand over credit card information to him.

 

I just had to keep trying, I would basically click the link and browse around the site some while logged in. It generally took a few days before it started counting and then there was a 1 - 2 day delay before the new ones hit.

 

Counter seems to be working fine for me now as I’m up to 11 days. What i do is log into the site and refresh the page 1 or 2 times and make sure my account is shown as logged in.

 

Unfortunately this doesn't if the logins never counted on the first round and now Moon Gate doesn't even show up. Microsoft support has utterly failed on this one.

 

Something really jacked up on this one. On the 10th I had 19/20 logins completed. Today I show 0 logins and the quest countdown timer is now showing 50 days left.....

 

Same problem here, also had this exact same issue on the previous promotion. Trouble ticket submitted. You really should NOT run a promotion if your technology and staff are incapable of supporting it.

 

I am having the exact same issue; mine is stuck on 8/15. I have tried everything: logging in and out on the xbox live website, signing in and out on any of my Microsoft desktop games, even turning on my Xbox 360 every day. What the heck, Microsoft?
First the glitch with Scratch and Win and now this?
