    Hey there. You can sometimes fix this with a "hard reset." Hold down the Xbox logo on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down. Reboot and see if you get picture. If not, do the same thing, but unplug the power cord from the back for about 2
    minutes. If that still doesn't help, you can find additional steps here:

    Hi LadySamurai83,

    Sorry you're having issues with your screen. Do you hear the audio working on the TV when you boot the Xbox? I would first suggest moving the HDMI cable to another port on the TV to see if that helps. If that doesn't help, then try using the Xbox
    and cables on another TV.
