Blank screen!!!!

Discus and support Blank screen!!!! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; HELP ME !!!!! My xbox one won't load.     HELP ME !!!!! My xbox one won't load. The green screen comes on and then instead of the home screen loading the screen goes black. Any suggestions please guys

    oh ok. my polaroid tv doesn't seem to recognise the hdmi input either. maybe contact panasonic.

    its the hdmi cable that im having trouble with which doesnt have a switch. do you mean the switch thats on the older cable what comes with the xbox? thanks

    I want to take the time to thanks Xbox One for the past year of fun.... Between the mic issues , N.A.T. issues, and now to top that "Blank Screen". This reminds me of the red ring of 360. So If my one is not up by the morning You have made my descision to
    go back to playstation easy. Turn my trash into cash. ferwell to xbox the gammers nightmer.

    press and hold the power button for 10 seconds for a hard shutdown, then unplug from the mains for a few minutes, then reconnect and try again. never seen this myself and my xbox is a day one with no issues so far.

    You do realise no one cares if you go to PlayStation?

    Had this once & the hard reset Farscape described worked for me.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Go to settings / blu ray and erase the permanent storage.

    2. Perform a system cache reset. Keep the powerbutton for about 15 seconds. Keep it holding even when the one turns off. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

    Check if that solves your problem or if it occurs again.

    Afraid it didnt help. It seems to be addressing a screen freeze situation, not a blank screen, which is my problem

    My controller does connect, but it does not make any noise, even when I waited.
