    Blank screen when powering on Xbox one.


    When powering on my xb1 console, 9 out of 10 times nothing shows up on my TV. I have been unsuccessful %100 of the times I've tried to turn it on the past 4 days. The TV screen displays the message that it would as if nothing was plugged in. The Xbox is
    plugged in and powered on. The cable is in the correct port on the TV and on the Xbox. I have tried switching TV inputs and tried 3 different cables. All the same result. I have performed the suggested 'cold boot' as well as unplugging from the wall. I have
    also tried resetting to low resolution by holding the power and eject buttons, and still nothing. Any suggestions before I throw it out the window?

    Blank screen when powering on Xbox one.

    Are you able to test other HDMI devices on the TV? Have you also tried testing the Xbox on other TVs? (check if the TV is at fault)

    Have you tried gently wiggling the HDMI connection on the Xbox? (test if there's a loose-connecting HDMI port)

    Worst case scenario, the Xbox may need to be sent in for repair (schedule a repair).

    That's all of the possibilities I can think of for now. Hope this helps!
