Blank screen problems

I’m having issues with my game where it often won’t load and just shows a blank screen. I can go back to the home page where everything is fine so it’s not the console. Also it sometimes freezes and makes an awful sound for 20-30 seconds.

I’ve already had to uninstall and reinstall it. Does it anyone else have these issues??

Blank Screen Problems

I just got my Xbox One for Christmas and have already installed and played both Assassin's Creed Unity and Sniper Elite 3. However, when I tried to install and play Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, my console started acting up. It would tell me I was signed
out even though I wasn't so I simply selected to sign back in. It had the screen that said, "Reading Save Data" up for 45 minutes and I got frustrated and tried to go back to the home, but nothing I pressed did anything so I turned off the console, waited
about 20 minutes and turned it back on, but the screen was completely blank. I could still hear things and when I moved the joystick to select options I could still hear it move and if I hold down the home button, the controller vibrates as if everything were
fine, I just can't see anything. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

 

its been 2 days and i can not play killer instinct.

its jus a blank screen, this game have alot of problems.

Try clearing the cache from the console with the
power cycle system.
