    Blank screen problem


    Ever since the February update when I turn my xboxone on by voice "Xbox on" the console boots up signs me in then the image goes blank. The console is still on because if I use my controller I can hear the beep. I have to hard reset for it to work. Anybody
    got any ideas why.

    xbox one blank screen

    I've had my xbox one for 2 months now and just recently had problems start happening. when booting forza 5 I get no sound then when it get to microsoft studio logo it goes blank. I have been unplugging it for 10 seconds and problem is fixed but it's happened a total of 3 to 4 times recently. this time i tried a digital game when forza didn't work and the digital game worked. after that tried forza again still same blank screen no sound so tried another disc game tomb raider also blank. unplugging system works everytime but has me worried something is wrong with my system since it keeps happening.

    I have finally sorted the blank screen problem. My sky box sound was set to Dolby D so changed
    It to normal problem solved at last hope this info helps anyone else with the same problem

    Blank screen problem

    Known issue. MS is working on a patch. Only solution is to "cold boot" the machine by holding the power button for 5 seconds until it powers down, then boot it back up.

    Try clearing the cache from the console with the
    power cycle     system.
