Blank Screen !!!!!! please help

So I accidentally went to settings then display and audio then video input and I changed a setting to switch it to NTSC now my TV screen is black and I cant play Xbox one I cant see anything please help me fix this I'm dying to play.

Can you please follow the
Troubleshoot Blank TV screen guide here and select the troubleshooting for your screen is blank after you install an update and this will hopefully help to resolve your issue.

Blank screen help

Hello, I was trying t adjust my screen for skyrim since the whole screen wasn't fitting. I was in the audio/video settings and changed it to HDMI in connections and checked off 24hz. My screen is now completely black but there is sound. I did a reset too,
both hard and soft and nothing has helped.

Sid you do this on your tv cause there is no such option on the xbox

Reset your display settings. Here's how:

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until
the second beep occurs.

Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to
Settings in the guide, select Display & sounds, Video options,
and then TV Resolution.

If you are required to complete these steps on every boot-up, you will want to change your TV connection to HDMI as shown in step 3 in the next section, "Your screen is blank and you use an AVR in your setup." For more information, see How
to adjust the display settings on your Xbox One console.

Give that a shot and hopefully your Xbox will be up and running in no time, I couldn't add this to my previous post as I was mobile at the time and lost the connection. Good Luck
