    Hello again guys/girls

    After your assistance earlier I thought I'd post the latest issue here first

    So after sorting out the Live issue I proceeded to install my son's games starting with Fortnite, whilst downloading he was in a party chatting with friends and watching the Mixer channel...... once the Fortnite install was complete he went to load and then
    screen went and has remained blank ... We have no OS at all and only error 0x80070005

    I have tried hard reset, changed TV's and HDMI cables still no joy

    Bearing in mind this is a brand new digital ONE S straight out of the box he's extremely upset !!

    Again any assistance would be greatly appreciated

    I have tried all that has been suggested on the Blank screen troubleshooter (excluding the request repair)

    If no other suggestions then it will be going back to the store for replacement

    Hi PX,

    Thanks for the update on the issue. We recommend to try out the
    blank screen troubleshooter    . Also try different HDMI ports on the TV. Try this out and let us know.

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support again. I'm sorry to hear about your Fortnite start up issue. Are you having any issues with any other games (if you have any)?

    Have you tried uninstalling / reinstalling the game again? Perhaps the game / or a game update did not fully install properly not allowing it to load up at the start.

    From what you've described / explained, the next step would definitely be to exchange or repair the console.
