Blank screen on boot, probable hack.

Hi.

Last night I was playing COD ghosts and got into an argument with a couple of guys that I could tell were using mods. It got a bit heated and eventually I left. The next day when I tried to start my 360 the green light came on the console but the screen
was totally blank and there was no sound. I have tried the hold Y and right rigger on startup, it did nothing. I'm sure one of the hackers did this as I have never had any problems with my console before now.

I would like to know if there is anything I can do to fix this problem and also if there is anything I can do to at least get these guys accounts deleted.

my xbox one boots fine but only has a world globe with 24 on it and a white outline of the app launch box otherwise black screen. i've tried rebooting 4-5 times suggestions on what to do or what is happening ?

The issue you are describing in my opinion is caused by the hdmi cable so check your console's cable connection with your tv.

As for the argument you had, I suggest you to not argue online with other gamers. If you suspect cheating, tampering or improper behavior online you can report the perpetrators from your console or block them from further communication.

It's not the cable I have tried 2. The console does seem to be otherwise working, I did manage to turn off my controller using on screen commands just going by memory. So are there any other options I could try?

As for reporting players using mods in call of duty I would like to know what category it comes under, cheating tampering etc, I have never been quite sure.

 

I tried it a couple of times on a TV and it started to work. Now it is going ok back on the monitor. The timing of this problem still seems a bit odd but it's working now so that's good enough.

In base of the activity you witnessed as breach of the service rules you can file your complaint.
