    As mentioned elsewhere I am having issues with blu-ray playback. The menus and audio load but just a black screen. I spent hours talking to support before only to be told this issue was being worked on. Well that was December and it started working. It's
    happening again. I haven't been able to find a solution. Anyone find anything?

    No Movies (blu ray or dvd)

    i try'ed playing a blu ray disc today and the screen went blank its frustrating as hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Xbox One / AV Receiver / Blu-ray blank screen

    I have just connected my Xbox One to a Yamaha RXV377 AV Receiver. Everything is working fine until I select the blu-ray player. I then get a blank screen, with just the sound playing. The blank screen remains, even after ejecting the disc. I had no blu-ray
    issues when connected to a TV. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is this with a specific Blu-ray movie, or is this occurring with multiple different blu-rays? Additionally, do you own an Xbox One or Xbox One S console? Post back with that information we can start narrowing down the issue.

    Multiple blu-rays. It's an Xbox one s. I'm actually watching the blu-ray that I wanted last night. The problem is random but frustrating when it occurs. I performed the system reset last time and that did not work.

    Xbox One and Xbox One X will not show picture when playing certain apps i.e. Netflix, amazon video,.

    i have the same issue but not just netfilx seems that any vido app dose it as amazon video and blu ray player both show the load screen and then just a blank screen and i have to unplug my one x for 5 minuets to get the screen working again
