Blank rectangle on new festival site

I have unlocked the last festival location and when Keira speaks and opens the picture of the lockation the rectangular box is blank and I can't click anything I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling it hasn't worked

Gamer Picture and Profile Colour Issue

Whenever I try to change my gamer picture or my profile colour on my Xbox, all of the options are either grey rectangles (Profile colour) or blank circles (Gamer Picture). Does anyone know how to fix this?

From Dust : Missing game cover art and very slow to load

I've done this before. But the thing I don't understand is that the game cover art in my games list on this website is actually missing as well. It's just a blank rectangle. Not sure if doing this a third time will fix anything now.

A world festival would be cool. Each festival site could be a different country.

Just visit it - once you've downloaded it, it comes up as another festival site, NW part of the map

One thing I'd note- to unlock Hot Wheels (and online play), you do have to play the main game to the point where you unlock a second festival site before accessing the Hot Wheels content. This should take a few races/events before you unlock the second
festival site- I can't remember exactly how long it took me to do so, but I'd guess about 30-60 minutes of gameplay. If you haven't unlocked your second festival site, do that first, then see if Hot Wheels is available.

If you've already unlocked your second festival site and still can't access Hot Wheels, it might still need to be installed on your system. I recall that I drove to the Hot Wheels site, then was prompted to install the Hot Wheels
DLC from within the game. You could also install it from the Xbox menu using the instructions for downloading game add-ons found at this link: https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/view-downloadable-content
