Blank Icons on home page

Discus and support Blank Icons on home page in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently have an issue with the home page icons being just colored squares and not showing the app or game.     Blank Icons on home page


    I recently have an issue with the home page icons being just colored squares and not showing the app or game. I move to "select" them and the name appears at the bottom but no picture. I have tried a hard reset, I have tried removing my profile and reinstalling
    it, I have shut down and waited for an hour and then restarted. I still get blank icons. It is rather annoying

    Xbox One Slow to Respond Or Won't Respond At All

    I've had a few different error codes. One problem is that when I hit the home button on my controller the menu opens, but is blank, if not blank it doesn't respond to any button commands. I'll select an icon, hit A, but nothing will happen.

    Just another addition. Xbox 360 games that become backwards compatible, also loose their icons on the home page and appear blank! Check this on your own

    account.xbox.com/.../social     . So, according to Microsoft, we will be "losing support" even for our 360 games until every last of them has become backwards compatible and then what? Come on, lets face it there is something wrong with our home pages cooperation
    with the Xbox One platform!
