Blank Home Screen Unable to control Side bar when pulled up

Unplug your internet load xbox screen plug internet back in and it might work, I just did it and got everything back working but you have to power up xbox with no internet

My xbox turns on and off just fine but the home screen is blank, i cant sync any data and i cant control the side bar when i pull it up, only commands that work is turning on and off using the controller and pulling up the sidebar but i cant control
anything i know hundreds of thousands of other people are having this problem today

Same here, was fine earlier. Not going to do anything as I think it is a Microsoft problem.

same here and I tried calling Xbox only to find out their support is closed and had to deal with frustrations of trying to bring up xbox support website only to find support website was down till a few minutes ago

This is and issue that is on the services side of things. Microsoft sent out a tweet that they are aware of the situation and are working on a Fix.

You can go to Xbox Live status to view the status of the Xbox live services.

It sounds like they are close to a fix. Hopefully you will be back gaming soon.
