Blank Green Screen when I turn on my Xbox One S

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to
the green screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

Try unplugging it and if that doesn’t work try holding the x on the console until you hear it beep

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button
    on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
   
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button
    on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.
   

You get a solid green screen, first try a hard reset, press and hold the power button for 8 to 10 seconds. Let it rest for a minute before you turn it back on. If that does not work you may want to do a factory reset, keeping your games and apps

Hi there,

When I have had this happen on any of my consoles, what has worked for me is unplug it from wall, as well as remove the power cord from the device itself. I leave it like that for 10-20 minutes. Plug everything back in and everything launches as it should.

I don't have to do it often, but that has been the fix I've used.
