I'm guessing by your post your friend reported you and you were suspended.

If so it does not matter how it was started if you violated the code of conduct which you admit that you did. by talking trash back. then the enforcement team will suspend you.

this is why Microsoft offers to block and mute other players and report them for violating the code of conduct.

you can file for a case review by signing in at enforcement.xbox.com.

the enforcement team does not follow these forums.

your premise is completely wrong for starters. Not all launch games are in 720p. And secondly, these are LAUNCH GAMES. ferchistsake....take a breath. In a short order, they will be spitting out games at 1080p/60fps left and right.

Wanting a game machine for games is fine. Buy it and use it for games. To try and withhold innovation due to your own stubborn inability to grasp technology is simply absurd. Does an iPhone stop being a phone because it can multitask? It's funny how resistant
to change people can be. If you don't like a feature don't use it. The system still does it's core feature which is play games. If that's all you want use only that, but I imagine if you actually messed around with the other features and learned to use them
you would come around.

Well, if you read my earlier post, and looked up my GOLD gt, you'ld see I've been around a bit longer than you.

There will be a Kinect-free sku in Xbox's future.

There's probably one in the works right now, but they wouldn't dare announce that.
