Blackscreen after start-up

Every time I try to boot up my xbox, it'll show the logo screen for longer than normal, then load into a black screen. Anyone else having this issue/know how to fix?

Blank Screen when I play a game.

i have the same problem my xbox worked fine last night and now it blackscreens whenever i start up a game

any 1 help ,i pre-orded this,on release. about 1.20 am lastnight i played it for about a hour ,got up this morning started the game up and all iam getting is a black sreen ,it goes to title menu press start(BLACKSCREEN) wtf ? ive uninstalled it .then re-installed
it ,same result BLACKSCREEN ,FFS,ANY IDEAS people

 

Well it's good to know there's at least ONE other person having this issue and not just me.

 

Same here, since the update this morning. Does it show shutdown screen when you hold the button on your controller?

 

yep, shutdown screen is the only feedback I get from anything

 

Same here, just updated my Xbox last night, everytime I start it up it only shows a black screen... Pressing home button only brings the shutdown menu, if I choose "report a problem" it shows the Xbox Feedback screen but then goes back to black

 

So i guess it's "send it back to MS" for us

Having the same issue. Did multiple full reboots and reset the display settings. Also tried streaming from my computer with the same result. No luck.

 

Same issue here. I tried to do offline update and it would give me an error. I think all we can do i wait and hopefully they fix it. I have the OG Day One Xbox one if that means anything to the devs.

 

Exact same issue on my end. Seriously, what the heck happened in this latest update?
