Blacks ops 4 won't install keeps saying disc needs cleaning or damaged

Same , Just bought the consle and tried to install call if duty black ops3 and it stucks in 49% and it says "installation stopped" and says disc maybe damaged and this *** and the disc is *** clean plz help

Before i start this post please say “bruh” so i know your not a bot thank you so my problem is everytime i try to download black ops 4 the disk downloads but when it says it needs a update the game it keeps stopping at 7% and it keeps saying installation

No worries... If u have hard drive connected remove it first then try to install. . One more convenient and best way to install the disc is to just insert the disc and when it asks if u want to install and update together .. In that option just use install
and update later option. . Let the game finish installing and update the game after that... I too had few problems like that and this process solved it.

Hey I'm Carlos and am going to help you out as you're Ambassador today. Is your disc damaged? Please first check and clean it if so. If that doesn't work I reccomend that you install the game to your hard drive. From personal experience: My Black Ops disc
broke but luckily I installed it before the damage and works fine. On the Dashboard press 'X' to go into game details after highlighting the game, then go ahead and press 'A' on the Install Game button. Hope I Helped!

Is it a digital download or disc your installing try deleting game clean disc and reinstall check for damage on disc

After the update my elite will no longer play games. I can only get it to play Fallout 3, Black Ops 2, Halo 4 and Forza Horizon and even then I have to keep ejecting the disc and put it back in again. Also games that I already had installed won't play either.
Will mine be a case of getting repaired?
