Blackout new map Alcatraz

COD:BO4 Blackout, the new Alcatraz drop in map is great.

I'm looking forward to it personally as I play blops almost every evening and I'm finally beginning to "get it" with blackout; I hated it at first, but now it's my favourite game mode. However I hope it allows for solo as most of the new modes lately have
all been for squads.

Looks like a small map, not sure that my usual method of hiding and camping is going to work! Yes I'm one of those players... might have to finally play the hard way.

As far as I know it is free for anyone that owns the game, nothing about it being behind the season pass from what I've seen.

I'll see what it's about. I usually only hop back on it with friends when they want to play, and not something that I usually come to on my own. I'm surprised that they are releasing a new map, and not doing updates on the existing map.

But from what I understand the map itself will be a free update available to anyone. Seems like it would be the best way to make it work. Splitting a new map behind a pay wall would split the players and make it harder to find a full match on the new map
with a fewer number of people able to play it.

Either way, I'll be sure to check it out. Curious to see what they do with the new map. If they spread it out a bit, or constrict it, and make it a faster smaller kinda map.

there has been lots of updates on the first map adding extra detail to the map as well new buildings dotted around the map as well as hope new towns appearing

Ill have to purchase the season pass

I can't wait to try it out.
