    So the blackout beta for xbox one just went live, and i still have no option to download it however it says i own it. Anyone have any ideas for what i should do?

    Preorderd game

    If you already have the Beta token, it would have been for the multiplayer beta that took place back on August 10 for xbox AND Blackout Beta on September 15th. If you already had the multiplayer beta downloaded it should have already updated for the Blackout
    Beta.

    I preorderd the game yesterday so i dont have the beta but i think if i just get the blackout beta even if i missed the multiplayer beta and if i get the blackout beta and can play it even if i missed the multiplayer beta you know or if i must wait t’ill

    have just had info that apparently there are issues going around with the installation, and that it should be available to download soon, at some point

    Yeah common issue rn, they are working to fix it. There were issues with the FIFA 19 beta as well so there's probably a correlation between the two.

    Hello,

    If you Pre-ordered the game digitally please search the Store or look in your Ready to Install list for the Download it is called, Black Ops 4 Blackout Private Beta

    If you purchased a physical copy you would need to redeem the code via Call of Duty's website and wait for the code from Activision.

    I have pre ordered the game off of amazon and have already redeemed my code on the call of duty website. I then redeemed the code which the website provided on the xbox store. After redeeming the code i searched the game on the xbox store to try and install
    it, and it then said that i own the game however there is no option to install it. The game is also not in my ready to install list

    Hi

    I did pre order digitally and I have no option to download it, I have visited the blackout private beta page and looked for the install button which doesnt exist. I have also searched in my ready to install and it isn't there either.

    Whoever is javing problems, just keep refreshing the my games and apps and jeep checking the game in the store and i t should soon be available to install

    I now have a install button and its in my ready to install but i press it and it makes the noise but does nothing but ah well just gonna keep trying

    Generally when you pre order digitally all you have to do is search for the beta in the store and download it. So for example the blackout beta. All you had to do was search "Blackout" in the store, download, and you would automatically have access.
