Blackops 4 not installing

I have pre ordered blackops 4 and getting installation stopped all the time.

Error 0x803FB107.

Amy ideas....

I've cleared local storage. I've freed up space on both HDD and external drive.

Anyone else experience this?

Last update at 6PM: " Xbox One players: The issue with publishing the Blackout Beta that prevented new players from downloading and returning players from re-downloading the beta is beginning to resolve, stand by for updates and check here for more info."

 

Blackops Beta NOT INSTALLING

I pre-ordered the game at Gamestop. Got the code on my receipt. Redeemed at cod.com/beta then used the xbox code it created and put that into the xbox live store.

Says I own it. I keep clicking "install," and nothing is happening. Been trying to play all day and really bummed I'm missing out.

I've also tried logging in online and clicking "install on my devices," and that doesn't work either.

Please help!

Perform a power cycle. make sure the latest update of your Xbox One is installed.

 

These process has already been completed. The game installing is digital so the disc is not in the equation.
