I am recruiting for Blacklist Gaming. We run an awesome Xbox One Battlefield 4 Brigade called Blackball Brigade and Brigades for many other games and platforms!

You've answered your own question, in my opinion. And if you're looking for friends, Reach is also great for that as well. Good community there... for the most part.

Hi,

Gaming is the best. Got my girlfriend in to gaming, even bought her an xbox.

I would suggest getting Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare, the multiplayer options on there are fantastic. Try the Undead Overun Mode. You work with other players to kill hordes of zombies, each level there are more and more zombies and it gets harder.
Its propper teamwork as you have to work together to protect each other and revive each other if you die.
