But thx for answer, i found a button in the screen after finding the screen notice...

and the game got only 2 black colums on each side, but it will be enough for me.

No 4k, but well, not a 4k Screen.

Pleass stop adding threads, i just want an answer when it is fixed, would of been nice to receive an email to say there are problems instead of trailing the internet for answers, some of us havent got twitter or facebook so not aware of problems, not

One System Update Solution Or, you can try the steps from our support article entitled Troubleshooting
a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on to see if that will provide a solution.

Currently, there is a
service alert out for our Xbox Live Core Services which may make that difficult to do at the moment, so you may want to try troubleshooting once it ends. Our website is currently down also, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Same trying to pin down an answer but people keep making more threads so it's hard to track the xbox mods

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. This issue has already been resolved and you should be able to get back on without any problems. If you are continuing to experience this problem then go ahead and

Physically Power Cycle your Xbox One and then give it another try, that should do the trick.

When there is an active service alert you can always check
support.xbox.com for updates. There is also the option to get notified when the services are back up.
