Black TV Screen, but tried all the troubleshooting fixes! Can't figure it out :(

Okay, so before I go into this, note that I have EVERYTHING the support has told me to do.

So I recently went to play some Xbox today, but when I turn the console on, I only get sound and a blank TV screen. I tried booting it every way possible, but still have the same issue. It's not an HDMI cord issue, as when I try with another TV, I get picture.
It's not a TV issue, because the TV works with my PC, and BluRay player. I can't figure out what's going on here! Anyone have any ideas???

Xbox 360 - blank screen? HDMI Problem?

Looking for some help!

I've recently moved my Xbox 360 not a different room.

When I've connected everything up, I get a black screen on for extension channel.

I've tried my Xbox one on the same TV and it works fine.

I've also moved the Xbox 360 onto a different TV sand it works fine there.

It just doesn't work on this TV.

The TV is a fairly new one and is 1080p

I really can't work out the problem!

I've tried all the standard troubleshooting stuff, but none of it works. I'm assuming it will be something really obvious?

 

Video output issue

I booted up my xbox one today, but it seems to be having a video output problem, my tv screen stays black. I tried swapping out HDMI cords and changing HDMI ports im using but it is still just a black screeen. any suggestions for a fix?

To clarify. Have you seen and tried
this guide yet? You may need to try different HDMI ports on the TV or reset the video settings on the console to see if that helps.

Are you also using an HDMI converter? Or another device between such as an Elgato device? Or is the HDMI cable connected to the TV directly.
