Black screen

Booted up Ghosts earlier and after launching and the intial loading screen I got a black screen. Repeatedly tried restarting the game with the same results. Reinstalled the game and still continue to get a black screen and the game won't load. All my other
games work fine. Anybody else experienced anything like this? Help? Thanks.

Black Screens...

Video proof...or it didn't happen.

People who claim to see black screens can't tell the difference between a real black screen and a lag black screen.

Just because you get a black screen, doesn't man that better players get black screens.

Maybe you get a black screen because you can't play as well as you think you can.

I've olny ever seen a black screen once and that was ages ago when the game was newly released.

343/Microsoft will detect black screens and ban them.

Black screens are only seen from your xbox's point of view.

Xbox One Blank Screen

I am getting black screen after update on x360,let set ,unstalled,reinstalled still black screen ????

 

I am also currently experiencing this. We have a snow day here in MI and really wanted to put some time in.. What's the deal/what's going on?

 

I dunno. I ended up unplugging everything from my xb1, power, hdmi etc and plugged them back in and turned it on. Everything seemed back to normal then. I didn't actually play cuz I had to go but it loaded finally.

 

I`m having the same problem with mine.I played a few rounds in the morning & then tried to play again later in the day & nothing.I uninstalled it twice & reinstalled it & still nothing.I`ll try unhooking everything tonite to see if that works,but its still
strange that it`s happening.

 

I was experiencing the same problem. Unplugged everything and plugged them all back in and now it's working. My only guess is that it's like a hard reset of the system. Maybe something wrong with the servers at IW or MS. But unplugging the console solved
the problem. Hopefully for good.

 

Had a friend tell me that if you have the low power setting enabled or whatever, which is basically the function that allows you to say "Xbox on" is the cause of it. Somehow makes the game lock up. So by unplugging everything you do in fact reset it therefore
fixing it. I just went into my settings and turned it off. I think it's a known issue that'll be addressed in an update

 

And it's not a cod problem either, he said ghosts as well as his tv app did the same thing

 

Just encountered this last night and again this morning. THought it was because i downloaded Forza yesterday, but good to know others are having the same issue.

And i dont think it has anything to do with the low power state. there is no reason why it would start to fail now, it would have always failed since whenever was the last update.

Will try the unplug fix at lunch, let you know how that works for me.

Had this issue when I tried to play a few rounds this evening. Will unplug when I get home and hopefully all is well. Funny thing is the two other games I tried (Marvel Lego and Battlefield) worked fine.

 

Hard reset worked, wonder what caused this?

 

Yep having the same issue, all other games are fine, will try the hard reset later.

 

Update. Unplugging the power brick from the actual plug to wall and plugging it back in fixed the issue for me.
