Black Screen when Xbox one is turned on

    Black Screen when Xbox one is turned on


    So i turn on my Xbone and it has the light on the console and the controller, i can hear sound fine aswell. But i cannot see anything on my TV except HDMI2 in the top left corner. I have tried rebooting my Xbox and the other methods. what do i do? I have
    been trying to fix this for almost two hours now and nothing has worked. Help Please!

    Xbox Live account eats hard drives?

    Eat is when i turned on my xbox the screen was black and yes it happened to two hard drives one that was with it when i bought it and the 2nd one was bought new

    My Xbox update is stuck at 91%

    Update: Screen went black, I think Xbox auto shut off. When I turned it back on It looks as though it was starting up normally but now it's stuck on the Xbox One start up screen.

    you need to send your xbox one in for a repair. you can go to xbox support .com to start a service order or you can call xbox support . I sending my xbox one for a repair.
