    Hi my Xbox one got jammed, then an error: E106 appeared ( we tried to do troubleshooting with this error but didnt work) and now it does not turn on, can somebody help me please?!

    Power Issues

    My Xbox One is having issues turning on. When I power it on it's just a black screen. I know it's not the HDMI because when I hold down the Xbox button on my controller it brings up the power options as usual, but there's nothing else on the screen.

    Hello everyone,

    Two days ago my xbox was running perfectly but today when i turned it ON nothing appeared on the screen. It stays black and i can't do anything..

    I tried to solve this with the help support on microsoft website with no success.

    I haven't changed anything to the Xbox recently and the only auto-update done was the GTA5 halloween update..

    It's a 2 years old Xbox so kinda recent..

    you need to send your xbox one in for a repair. you can go to xbox support .com to start a service order or you can call xbox support . I sending my xbox one for a repair.
