Black screen when turning on console

Does this work if it loads to a black screen only. On March 2nd I cold rebooted my console, due to lag on the tv side. When I turned it on the screen stays black. Light on console comes on and make the sound when power button is pressed. After that just
a black screen.

It won’t turn on at all, it only shows a black screen and cannot be turned off when the console is powered on.

Do you get a green screen before it turns black, or the second you turn the console on it goes black?

Do this command and see if a screen with 4 options appears for you. Before running the command remove everything connected to the console and just leave the power cable and the HDMI cable.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Then select ''reset'' and then keep games and app.
You won't miss a thing but you will need to go through the initial setup and log your accounts into the console.

Also I know… just get a **** smart tv for the bedroom, but I just can’t let go of my childhood 62” **** tv, the quality off the thing is next to nothing with the Xbox. So rather than biting the bullet and tossing the Xbox and the TV. If there was a small chance the two could connect together again in great harmony I will try anything(most things Xbox related and actual solutions) lol
