Black screen when loading Black Ops Cold War

I have loaded Black ops cold war on the xbox one however it then goes to a black screen and kicks me off the game, this is the only game that does this any ideas?

I preordered black ops cold war and it worked for like a month. Then when i went in it said i had to pay again. I tried everything but nothing worked. Please fix this i am not gonna pay another $60

I own the digital game of black iops cold war. it was working fine about an hour ago and now all the sudden it will not load. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not loading. It goes

back to my

home screen.

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

Yes, have tried both of these methods neither working.

id try unninstalling then re installing if that fails contact if the code was valid and redeemed properly it should appear in your account soon I'd wait a while and if it still isn't showing contact Microsoft support

have you tried quitting the game and re opening it? or restarting your xbox?
